Originally this was intended to be added to the end of "Shut Me Down." (from Mirror Kisses - Heartbeats album)
In the end I felt like Heartbeats should be just like the album before it (Bad Dreams) and just be quick to get to the point and get on with itself. one quick pop song after the other.
I had completely forgotten about this track until I started digging through the archives.
The lyrics are actually from two different songs that I was writing for Heartbeats (Which i also totally forgot about!) Neither of them made it to the album, and maybe never really got recorded. Maybe I will stumble on them as I continue doing this.
